Revenue Strategy & Insights
I start with the right target, the right message, and the right metrics.
I engineer and build the system for it to grow - and reach the people who need it, at scale.
You have proof. The mission is real. But there's a much larger market for what you've built. The gap between here and there isn't the product, it's the system that carries it forward.
That's not a product problem. That's a conditions problem. The seed is strong, the root system just hasn't been built yet.
More of the right people hear about what you're building. Some of them book a call. Some of those calls become clients. And it keeps happening, not because you pushed it, but because the conditions are right.
I start with the right target, the right message, and the right metrics.
The soil everything else grows from. Before any system can produce results, the data underneath it needs to be clean, rich, and trustworthy, or nothing scales.
Building the conditions for the right people to find you, and making sure nothing slips through the moment they do.
Deliberate, personalised outreach that reaches the right accounts at scale, without feeling like a blast. Built to run automatically and feel human.
"Most GTM Engineers build a system and leave it unattended. I build a garden and stay to nourish it, because the best growth is perennial, not seasonal."
The conditions change. The discipline never does.
We start by understanding what you're working with, your tools, your data, your audience, your mission. Nothing gets built until we know the soil.
The full root system gets designed before anything is touched. Architecture first. Every connection mapped, every flow planned.
The system goes in. GTM stack, outbound engine, data pipelines, all connected, all running.
First signals come in. We watch, adjust, reinforce. Roots need to deepen before we push for scale.
Consistent pipeline. Compounding revenue. Mission reaching the right people.
A small selection of B2B systems built, and still producing. Real companies, real pipelines, real revenue.
I'm Émile, a GTM and Revenue engineer who works mission-first. Before a single tool is chosen, I want to understand what you're really trying to put into the world and who it's for. I think like an engineer and care like a believer, and I've found those two things are far more compatible than most people assume.
I came to this work the long way, through systems, not slogans. Building, connecting, watching what actually moved. Somewhere along the way I kept noticing the same quiet pattern: remarkable companies, real products, genuine traction, staying far smaller than they deserved to be. Not for lack of quality. For lack of a system to carry them.
"I got into this because I kept watching remarkable companies stay invisible. They had the mission, the product, the team. What they didn't have was the system that carries all of that to the world. That's the gap I close."
So I stopped thinking about campaigns and started thinking about conditions. A campaign is a season, it ends. A condition compounds. I'd rather build something that keeps producing long after I've stepped back than something that needs me pushing it forever. That's the difference between manufacturing growth and cultivating it.
Outside the work, I keep an actual garden. It's either on the nose or exactly the point, I've stopped trying to decide which. What I know is that the same discipline applies: read the soil, plant deliberately, tend patiently, and trust that the right conditions produce more than force ever could. If any of that resonates, the next step is simple, a conversation.
Turn founder-led hustle into self-sustaining pipeline for mission-driven B2B companies, building the growth and GTM infrastructure once, then tending it so it keeps producing.
Built the inbound and outbound engine from the ground up; grew the qualified pipeline several times over without growing the team that fed it.
Connected the stack nobody had time to connect, turning scattered tools and stale data into pipelines a small team could actually run on.
I build the engine that finds the right people and starts the right conversations, enrichment waterfalls, outbound sequences, ABM, and the routing that puts a warm lead in front of you, not a list in a spreadsheet.
I make the system tell you the truth, clean events, connected sources, and the automations that move data where it needs to be without anyone touching it.
I build the sunlight, the inbound surface area that earns attention deliberately, so the right people are already finding you while the outbound runs underneath.
I work with a small number of B2B companies at a time. Not a constraint, a commitment.
