About Me

I've always believed the best ideas deserve the widest reach.

I'm Émile, a GTM and Revenue engineer who works mission-first. Before a single tool is chosen, I want to understand what you're really trying to put into the world and who it's for. I think like an engineer and care like a believer, and I've found those two things are far more compatible than most people assume.

I came to this work the long way, through systems, not slogans. Building, connecting, watching what actually moved. Somewhere along the way I kept noticing the same quiet pattern: remarkable companies, real products, genuine traction, staying far smaller than they deserved to be. Not for lack of quality. For lack of a system to carry them.

"I got into this because I kept watching remarkable companies stay invisible. They had the mission, the product, the team. What they didn't have was the system that carries all of that to the world. That's the gap I close."

So I stopped thinking about campaigns and started thinking about conditions. A campaign is a season, it ends. A condition compounds. I'd rather build something that keeps producing long after I've stepped back than something that needs me pushing it forever. That's the difference between manufacturing growth and cultivating it.

Outside the work, I keep an actual garden. It's either on the nose or exactly the point, I've stopped trying to decide which. What I know is that the same discipline applies: read the soil, plant deliberately, tend patiently, and trust that the right conditions produce more than force ever could. If any of that resonates, the next step is simple, a conversation.
